create Email template in C4C?

As I have no experience, kindly asking if any one could let me know what steps are needed to follow in order to create an email Template in C4C for Service Center?

If you need to create an email template in HTML format, I can recommend you the website brevo.com which can make it easier to create the template. On this website, you create templates and it generates the HTML code for you.

Hi Nikos,

You can create Email templates in SAP C4C
1. at Sales -> Templates -> All Workflow Notification Templates

Click on the "+" icon, Create the template based file and add the html template file.

2. Once created the email template you can use the email template in the workflows

To maintain the template - you can create Email type workflow and add the templates.
