Create campaign grayed out - Hybris Marketing

Greetings!

I'm trying to create a new campaign, but the button is grayed out. I'm guessing it might be due to a missing target group definition, but cannot create a new one, due to an empty drop down for marketing area. Couldn't find where to create a new one.I've already asked a similar question, but the answer didn't help me much - https://answers.sap.com/questions/563098/hybirs-marketing-create-campaign-not-active.html

Any guidance will be appreciated

Did manage to solve it. There was missing write access. After granting it, everything went fine
