Create a custom key figure that counts the number of customers

Hello Dear Community,

I want to create a report that analyzes how many customers are served monthly. So, I am trying to design a custom key figure that counts the number of customers but I can't get the result that I want. How can I design this kind of key figure?

Hi,

You can create a "Restricted" Key Figure for Data Source "Ticket Involved Parties". This Key Figure will be using "Counter (0COUNT)" as the Base Key Figure. IN the restrictions tab define "Party Role" as 1001 to filter all accounts served. This should give you the desired result.
