CR40 gives me outdated results

Dear all,

first to explain the situation.

I have created Workcenter "1234", then created new routing for specific material and assigned there the workcenter "1234". Then I have created another workcenter "5678", changed the routing from "1234" to "5678" and then tried to delete the wokcenter "1234". However it gave me error that this workcenter "1234" is still in use...

So I have checked CR40 for this workcenter "1234" and it gives me routing group of which is modified from "1234" to "5678" :(. So I dont know what to do to change this so I can delete the "1234" workcenter.

I guess probably some history of the routing group used "1234" so it still thinks it can't be deleted...

Can you please advise?

EDIT:

I have tried to create new routing and deleting the old one (to prevent having workcenter "1234" in history), but I am having weird issue here. The workcenter "1234" still cant be deleted because its still in use, however when I run cr40 again, i still gives me report that its being used in routing group which already is deleted and doesnt exist anymore 😞

Hello,

Work center cannot be deleted, system issues message CR 002.

Transaction CR40 display an enhanced technical usage of work centers. You can only delete a work center if this where-used list is negative.

It is not sufficient to delete operations change work center from routing online. This only sets the deletion indicator, and the operation is not physically deleted from the database You can use transaction CA98 to correctly reorganize these operations for the routing.
