CR Runtime 2016 MSI

I have an application that uses CR Runtime to display RPT files, we are running MS Visual Studio 2015, and can make the file display with CR Runtime version 13.0.25, but when we go to version 13.0.26 it fails. The vendor has suggested that we use CR runtime 2016 only, and since the Wiki dose not have that CR Runtime2016.msi, Can you tell me how to receive the MSI to test? We also had to role back from .Net 4.8 to 4,7.1 as another Vendor recommendation.

I have already install Crystal reports 2016 and that seems to be missing the CR Runtime2016.
