CPI - Import facebook data page (Erro)

Hi experts,

I have an issue with the CPI, concerning " Import facebook data page ", Once someone interact on the Facebook page, i receive this error in the CPI,

Any recommandations ?

Hi s_chaibisoufiane39,

it seems like your acces token from Facebook has expired.

When integrating FB with SMC you deploy the facebook credentails including the access token.

You should find it under your "Security Material".

So I think you have to extend the token on Facebook.

You can just update the existing credentials alias with new access token.

I already reset the access token on facebook developper, and changerd it on the CPI, but still have the same error;

Did you also try to re-deploy the iflow after changing the security material?
