Hi everyone,

I am looking at a standard C4C report for tickets and it shows 1-32 value for the key figure 'counter', I am unable to understand what that means. As we don't have 32 records for one ticket. Could someone please explain?

Thank you in advance 🙂

Dear shenu,

Report will display counters based on all values that it contains.

Lets understand it this way (this is just an example).

A Ticket is associated with 2 accounts or 2 products then in this case, counter will be displayed as 2 for that ticket and once you add that product or account then you will notice that counter will become 1 for both rows.

You can add few characteristics and you will notice that data will be displayed in multiple rows (rather than single row) and counter value will be reduced.

Please check same and let us know in case of any further concerns. You can also attach screenshot for better understanding.
