Count of interactions on Campaign Performance tab

Hello
1) When we delete contacts that have some interactions in a campaign or delete some interactions, the number of interactions on the campaign performance tab decreases. Is this correct?
2) Why does the number of sales orders on the campaign performance tab not change when we delete sales orders or contacts with sales orders in a campaign?

Hi alena_stukolova. Replying to your questions.

1) Yes. If you are using a Marketing Application Job to delete the contacts, you have the option to delete the ones with interactions or not, and delete the aggregated data or not. You can see that on this screenshot:

2) If you want to know more about how SAP handles the success data, you can see the documentation about Interaction and Aggregated Success Data. You can also check the Spend and Aggregated Campaign Success. From the documentation I suppose that SAP doesn't recalculate that based on the sales interactions. I see no Application Jobs to do that, so you can raise a ticket to SAP Launchpad if you want more information.
