Hi everyone,
We are working on 2005 Commerce cloud Application we have added below extensions in the manifest file
customersupportbackoffice,
customerticketingaddon,
customerticketingfacades,
ticketsystem,
customerticketingc4cb2bintegration,
customerticketingc4cintegration.
ticketsystembackoffice and added the addons to the storefronts as well.the issue here is in B2C storefront when user navigates to ticket page section we are getting server error.But in B2B the ticket page is displaying when we click on save ticket we are getting successful message but ticket which got created is not getting displayed.Can anyone of please help us here.
