Corporate Account FACT - Marketing Cloud

Hello,

1. I know the facts Marketing Areas, Communication, Firmographics, Marketing Attributes and Additional Data on corporate account standard facts? which data source can be used to get the fields from these facts for segmentation?

2. How will Number of Employees, Revenue on Firmographics be activated? will it come as part of of SAP Analytics Cloud Integration and ABM Activation? Is Industry and Market comes from SAP C4C or SAP S/4 HANA?

3. I know Marketing Area represent sales org, and responsible for data separation and visibility in SAP Marketing Cloud. While uploading the CSV template which fields SAP C4C source account will be mapped to Marketing Area? or do we need to map manually?

4. Additional Data: can help identify whether the account is relevant for Account Based Marketing. How can we get this field or activated is it manual or which field from source system can be mapped?

5. How to get Facebook and Instagram field values on Communication fact on corporate account from source system to Marketing Cloud? Are these fields standard or custom? I believe other fields like telephone number, email etc are standard fields. How to map Facebook and Instagram fields?

Pls help...

let me try to answer the questions as much as possible:

1. I think you have to check that in Segmentation Configuration app. Not sure if all of your needed fields are in one and the same data source. For example you can find Marketing Attributes in SAP_CE_CONTACT_IA_ERP_CUSTOMER (location: sap.hana-app.cuan.contact/CA_C_CONTACT_IA_LOCAL_CUSTOMER)

2. No, these fields won't come from SAC integration. SAP Analytics Cloud retrieves the data from SAP Marketing Cloud via a live data connection. The industry field can be filled from both systems, S/4 HANA or C4C. This depends on your architecture and your configuration. In the API_MKT_CORPORATE_ACCOUNT_SRV you have the fields "NumberOfEmployees" and "Revenue" available.

3. If you upload data via CSV you can decide which field/value you provide for the Marketing Area.

4. In API_MKT_CORPORATE_ACCOUNT_SRV you can find the field CorpAcctIsRlvtForAcctBasedMktg

5. If you upload a Corporate Account via CSV: For Facebook, Google Plus and Twitter you can easily add the fields ID_FB, ID_GP and ID_TW to your file and provide the IDs. Also you can provide the Opt-Ins for the IDs. So these are standard fields. For Instagram you have to create a Custom Field to store the IDs.

Maybe that makes it a little bit clearer.
