Corporate Account an Contact Factsheet is not loading using Mashup

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to load a contact profile on C4C. I know that we can do it via C4C Mashup. I have followed the steps mentioned in the document -

But the factsheet is not opening an giving me an error message as screenshot.

I am on yMKT 1808 and C4C is on same version.

Also when I pass the static value to the id it is displaying the factsheet, but if I bind the value with the internal id it is not taking,

Hi mitmayank_bluleader,

what I noticed is that you use AccountInternalID (setting-2.png) but in your URL you are using ICONTACT_TI.

So you are mixing Contacts and Accounts. I don't know if that causes the error but you should correct it and try again.
