Copy Paste Function not working in TINYMCE

Hello Experts,

We have noticed that copy-paste function is not working as expected when copying the data from an external source.

We have enabled the Tiny MCE in Ticket Configuration.

Steps to reproduce -

• Write a few lines in Word or in Notes.
• Copy the text and try to paste it into Email Interaction.
• Message box appears asking to Remove formatting or Keep Formatting.
• No matter what you chose pasted data doesn't appear

The only workaround users have to Paste as plain text by doing this formatting is lost.

Please can anyone advise how we can solve this?

Its is possible can you to do a quick test in your system by enabling TIny MCE and check it?
