convert contacts names from all Uppercase to regular case

I need to filter/segment all contacts in our DB which either lastnames and firstnames are written in Uppercase letters. I want to batch correct them.
Can I segment on how contacts' names are written?

And is there a possibility to correct names in a batch job?

Dear Emanuel,

The segmentation filters are not Case Sensitive and hence it's not possible in that way.

What you can do is download the contacts in csv, edit (change to Uppercase manually) and upload again.
