Contract Lifecyle Ready status and create a new ticket

Hi there, new to C4C and have a scenario that we would like to see if it can be accommodated.

Service Contracts are sometimes created in advance, and the Begin Date will be in the future. We need to have a Ticket generated to create an invoice. We collect the details of a contract but before any work is done to inspect the premises, send an invoice and collect payment.

The issue is that if the Begin date is in the future, the contract is in a Ready state and the New button on the Ticket section is disabled due to the Life Cycle restraints.

Is there anyway to influence this behaviour and allow the creation of a Ticket when the Contract is Ready?

Dear Rob,

I dont think its allowed with the current status validations for standard Contract BO. Kindly raise this in our SAP influence forum so that our development team can review it.
