Content Studio - Error: Malicious Content

Hello everyone.

We are experiencing an error in the Content Studio.

We are working with Sap Marketing on Prem - 1809

The error occurs when I try to add dynamic fields of contacts within the Content Studio (I am trying to create an email).

We get this error:

The error doesn't happen when I create a normal email/email template without dynamic elements.

Is there maybe some transaction I need to execute in the ABAP studio?

Hi Miodrag Cupic,

I suppose we had same problem two weeks ago. Kindly apply SAP Note: 2717719 - Wrong detection of malicious content and try again.

If the error still persists, you can raise an incident to SAP Support.

As Hakan suggested, please apply note 2717719

and follow KBA 2630277 - How to clean cache in SAP Hybris Marketing that affects the Fiori UI?
