Content catalog sync not performed correctly

Hi Experts! I am facing an issue while syncing the content catalog in 1811 version. Logs show the sync has run perfectly but actual synchronization is not performed. I am not able to understand the issue as catalog.impex and initialSystemSetup.java looks fine to me. I have attached the logs so you can get a clear view

WCMS Items and WCMS Relations were not added in rootTypes under syncJob in multithreaded synchronization tab that was the reason content for wcms site was not synching. reference: https://answers.sap.com/questions/12750314/view.html
