Contacts - Report Marketing Cloud

Experts,

As you are aware in the contacts overview tab, we can see all the campaigns, Interactions 2020-08-27-11-04-57.png and other details. Is there a way we can create a report which will give number of campaigns, number interactions etc for the contact?

Hi,

You can very welll create a Custom Analytical Query on top of standard data source I_MKT_INTERACTIONCUBE(Interaction (CUBE)). This has all the required fields like Interaction Contact Origin, its UUID, Interaction, Campaign, Number of Interaction etc etc.

Finally, you can preview and see the result based on your business need.

One clarification will the same data source have contact details like first name, last name and address details? can we write this custom analytical query only to get the count like Count of Interactions, Count of Campaigns etc for each contact?

Hello,

Pls check the app "Browse Views" or "Custom Analytics Queries" to know about fields which are available to you by standard CDS view. if not available then you need to make a join with I_MKT_ContactAll or I_MKT_Contact and create a new custom CDS view which will be the basis for your custom analytical query to achieve the desired report.
