Hello Experts,
I'm trying to load Interaction Contact into Marketing Cloud using CSV file upload. But how to differentiate with normal contact and Interaction Contact while uploading. When trying to upload I can only see the below list?
Corporate Accounts, Contacts, Account Team Members, Product Categories, Products, Interactions, Interactions: List of Fields Available for CSV, Interests, Marketing Locations, Marketing Beacons, Custom Business Objects, Actual and Committed Spend, Campaign Success, Permissions and Subscriptions, Survey.
Pls let me know how to upload interaction contact i.e. which option I need to select.

For that, you need to upload the contact using OData API_MKT_INTERACTION_CONTACT_SRV

Hi VR,
as Kunal already pointed out, to upload an Interaction Contact you can use the OData API.
Interaction Contacts in SAP Marketing Cloud can be Corporate Accounts or Contacts. They differ from each other by the InteractionContactType.
For Corporate Accounts the InteractionContactType has value 02, for Contacts is has value 01.
