Hi All,

Can we delete Contact in SAP C4C??

Please help me out!!

Hi Riyu,

The context of your question is missing, but nevertheless some anwsers on what you can do with a contact if no longer of use

• Merge the contact (in case of duplicate)
• Change the status (set to obsolete)
• Make the (personal) data unrecognizable
• Delete the contact record (Menu: Data protection and Privacy)

Hello Riyu,

To also add another way of deleting Contacts:
1) export the list of Contacts you want to delete through Data Workbench;

2) Within the Excel file of the extracted Contacts, add a column named 'ToBeDeleted' , and the value of each column as 'TRUE' ;

3) Import in Data Workbench as an Update.
