Business has a requirement saying that, the main contact for an account should be visible only for the owner (the one who creates the contact for that particular account.).
Mr. XYZ created an account 123 and also created a contact for the same.Now when he wants to create a lead out of this account and only he should be able to see the main contact at that page level.
If some one else other that Mr. XYZ chooses the account 123 to create a lead then the main contact field should be blank or hidden.
