Hi
I have a customer with a contact person in CRM and the same is available in ECC (same customer number but contact person number range is different from CRM and ECC but all other information is same).A sales order is created in ECC and after that if I change the validity of contact person in CRM to a past date(i.e. Valid_to is changed), then the Sales order's contact person information is not having the information like name and address. The contact person details in ECC are available in partner's data in sales order.
Can you please help me?
