Contact image not shown in contact list

Hello,
we are using the API_MKT_CONTACT_SRV;v=0002 service to upload contacts into SAP Marketing Cloud.

For uploading/displaying a contact image we use the tag "InteractionContactImageURL" and point to a http-image location. Within the contact profile the image is displayed correctly:

In the contact list the image is not shown:

Is this a bug or did we miss any configuration?

Hi Christian,

We are using mkt cloud 1811 and in our system we see the images correctly and as per my knowledge we havent done any specific customization in order to achieve image in OWL list.

better to raise a SAP incident.
