Contact Center Phone Number Whitelist

How do you whitelist a phone number in Contact Center? The person who did this left and didn't leave instructions. Version is 7.0.7.0. Thanks!

Hi Trey, most likely this is a custom function made by that guy who left as in SAP CCtr there is not such a standard whitelist functionality. Blacklist for outbound campaigns exists but white does not.
