Consumers in SAP Marketing cloud

Hi SAP,

We want to understand if there is a process in the SAP Marketing cloud that will convert the suspect into consumers on its own. As we are sending the contacts without "is_consumer = true" from the iflow. Still, we can see lots of consumers in our system.

Hello Anuja,

Even the Contact Id's influence the Contact level of the Contact .
