Consolidate Notes Associated with an Account

We have a requirement to provide a consolidated report in C4C of the notes associated with an account. This includes the notes on activities, opportunities and sales quotes associated with the account. Is this possible? Thanks.

Hi,

Yes, It is possible to create a Custom Data source (Inner Join as preferred type) which will include the account ID as an anchor for Join. For more details please check https://help.sap.com/viewer/66e9a9081a7b40e38c8604d6617d0311/1911/en-US/92036bd3f5744e328a2dbcbcad09....

This custom data source can then be used for the report which can give uyou the extract of all account related transaction data along with its notes.

Note: For performance reasons, it is a bad idea to report on fields which include textContent or notes. Hence please try to restrict the data for which you want to export the results.
