It showed up at the client's store and was slow to process the sale to Bussiness One

you are asking help in understanding and the answer is the client's store experienced some connectivity issue and therefore the delay in posting but Customer Checkout is OFFLINE capable so no concerns

We detected the error and we considered that it was an intermittence in the network but we did not find documentation of any possible cause.

We will review the information they recommend

Hi Mara,

In the CCO, check the settings under Configuration > Integration > SAP Business One and also check if the connection is working fine under Configuration > Integration > SAP Business One > Check Connection and Authentication
