Confirmed Quantity changed/Order quantity in sales units changed

Dears,

When a complaint transaction is released in SAP CRM system, it also generates a return SO in ECC, however for a particular product the quantity in ECC is automatically reduced, this is the case

Complaint Transaction > Quantity in CRM for Product A = 4
Return Sales Order> Quantity in ECC for Product B = 1

The quantity is automatically changed by the user ERP2CRM(basically the system is automatically). Please see the screenshot

Kindly advise what could be the reason for this.

Typo Error, correction made below, highlighted in Bold color.

Complaint Transaction > Quantity in CRM for Product A = 4
Return Sales Order> Quantity in ECC for Product A = 1

if it's happening just for that material there must be something in the material master data. Honestly, I don't know much about SD so I'm going to update the assigned tag with SD. Maybe some SD consultant can figure out the root cause of this behavior.

I am not using this flag, please see the picture.

Also this has happened for the first time for this specific material only.

Hello Basil,

I'm not sure about the root cause of this behavior. Item categories can use a flag called Fixed Quantity

maybe your item category is using this flag.
