Dear experts,
I want to create the rule that a contact is set to Hard Bounce after it has received 3 Soft Bounces.
At first I tried to configure this rule in the App Score Builder with the following rule:

and the following Details:

However, the score is not visible on the contact. Can anyone help me?

Your screenshot of the Details is quite small...
Bud did you assign any client applications to the score? (e.g. Consumer Profile to visualize it on consumers).
Did you assign Score Category/Color/Label levels?
But specifically to make 3 soft bounces turn into a hard bounce,
A Badi might be more suitable, you can check the last paragraphs of this blog:
