Configure SAP_C4C_BUPA origin - missing settings

Hi guys,

I'm integrating C4C with SAP Marketing Cloud. I need to enter the System IDs of qualifty and productive C4C system in SAP Marketing Cloud for the Origin SAP_C4C_BUPA.

But I'm missing the option to set the IDs.

Does anyone know if this may have something to do with the upgrade of 2108 release phase? In all of the production systems I can still see the entered data but I cannot find it on any customer's test system.

Or has this setting been moved to another place?

Would be great if someone else could check and confirm that behavior on a test system.

Dear Tobias,

The Configuration setting was not moved to another place.

We have already Identified few issue's related to this Origin Configuration and Hotfix has been planned for the same , But need to verify if this is also covered along with the Hotfix , Thanks for letting us know .I will check on the same.

Fix for this has been planned with the Hotfix Collection on the weekend 22.08.2021.

Hello schneidert and saravana92 ,

I am also facing issues with origins configuration this week. For instance, I wanted to change 'one per contact' and 'for identification' flags but my changes won't get saved!

I have opened an incident to SAP and they also said this should be fixed my Aug 22nd (hot fix).

Just thought I'd let you know 😉
