Configuration to integrate SMC with Qualtrics

Hola Experts

I have a case where the surveys are not going to be done by C4C CRM and I send the questions and answers to SMC. If you do not want to use the Qualtrics system, the surveys will be carried out under that tool.

What is needed at the configuration level so that this survey is reflected in the contact's interaction?

What is needed at the configuration level for this survey to be reflected in the segmentation models?

Can or how can SMC be integrated with Qualtrics?

You can integrate SAP Marketing Cloud with Qualtrics Surveys via the SAP Cloud Platform Integration by means of configuring the integration flows available for this integration setup. More information is available from the following resources:
