I was refered to link forum https://answers.sap.com/questions/13285693/configuration-in-cco-client-is-not-opening-retail.html to execute the mentioned querys but i got this error.

I’ve installed the JRE 1.8.0_271 and the issue is replicable in any laptop

Has someone seen something similar?.

Hi Jhon,

It seems that the CCO database is corrupted.

Do you have a backup of the CCO?
If yes, try to recover the database.

Our client does not have any backup, i'm thinking to recreate the CCO, but i need configuration.xml file, do you know if there is any way to download it without accessing?.
