Dear all,
I'm experiencing something strange in C4C.
Sometimes when we set the status of a ticket on 'Awaiting information' the completion date pop-ups in the ticket list even if the ticket hasn't been completed- This happens mostly when we have a ticket out of SLA and on a specific status (awaiting information)-
Can anyone help me with this?

Please check the Status Dictionary for Tickets in BC activities. Seems to be Life cycle status of 'Awaiting information' is configured as Completed or Assignment Status as Requester Action.
