Completed C_HYCBA_63 Certification but my certificate is not visible in Credentials Manager

Hi,

I have cleared my SAP Hybris Commerce 6.3 certification, but certificate still not showing in my credentials manager account. Can you please look into this issue and do the needful at the earliest.
