Competitor Replication to SAP ERP

Hi Expert,
We have a scenario, where competitor is created in C4C and it is standalone. There is a scoping Question" Do you want to replicate the Partner or competitor to SAP ERP" which was active during Competitor creation in C4C. So, it triggered a outbound web service message. Now we have deactivated the Scoping Question.

Below are the behavior now
Scenario 1. New Competitor Creation, it is not triggering any outbound web service message - It is fine
Scenario 2. For Existing Competitor(Created when the scoping question" Do you want to replicate the Partner or competitor to SAP ERP"was active) , if the data is changed it is triggering a outbound web service message , even though the relevant Scoping Question is deactive now.

My Question is How to Stop the outbound web service trigger for the 2nd Scenario.

We can try to obsolete the existing competitor and do a new load . Is there is any other way to stop the outbound web service trigger for 2nd scenario ?

Once it is sent out, it will always go out. The only way is to disable the communication arrangement but here it is not possible because the same arrangement is used for other purposes.

How many such records exist in your system? If the number is less, you can chose to make them obsolete and create new records now. If the number is more, then the history needs to be deleted. If this is production system, Create an incident to SAP and check if this can be done for you.

If history can be deleted , then the messages will not be triggered.

It is QA System. Will Obsolete and do it. Just wondering about the deletion of history. Is that we can do it or Only SAP Can do it.
I have tried in Data workbench, no relevant fields/ Data workbench Object is not available. Any Ways to delete the history?

History which i mentioned is not available to view on UI. This is just a workaround, cannot be done whenever it is needed. In very rare cases, SAP may(not confirmed) help you if related things permit. If you need it, create an incident and request for same or apply the standard solution suggested.

any current issues known to this scenario?

We have actually the same problem but the scoping question is disabled for a long time already and even with completely newly created competitors we are facing the problem that the initial competitor creation is not replicated but all the changes afterwards are. And imho this should not happen.

We replicate the competitors to the marketing cloud though via a separate communication arrangement. Is it possible that this has negative side effects to the replication of business partners to ERP as well?

Any hint or help would be highly appreciated.
