I want to know about how SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C) is better then the other CRM product.

Please tell me the featured difference among them.

We can only comment about Cloud for Customer. It also depends the business need in what you are trying to reach by having a Cloud Solution

The best approach is to reach Sales department that can help presenting all the features C4C has and can help you focused on your Business.
