Company stationed in different countries

Hi,

i have a question regarding viewing information for a company, if that company is in two different countries, how to enable/disable which information is displayed for employees.

The scenario was presented like this to us: if a company is in two countries (Slo and Cro for example), how can enable users to see opportunitys for the other country? Slovenian user would see opportunities in Croatia and vice cersa. How can we achieve this with hierarchy and at the account level?
