Greetings,
I have a question regarding tasks to be handled via CP Picklist. For some reason I'm not seeing any tasks in the Picklist, even though I have active e-mails waiting in queue. I've so to say normal type of e-mails waiting there that have been sent to the queue address and also Tasks, that have been generated via the RTI.
I've added tons of rights to the user, but nothing. Am I missing something?
Kind regards,
Alder
Request clarification before answering.
Hey,
it should work... I just tested and I can see both emails and tasks in picklist, even those are in the same queue. I did the test on 2102 release, but should not matter or at least I don't know any changes between FP16 and 2102 regarding this.
From user perspective it's enough to have serve rights for the queue.
For RTI user who pushes the tasks you of course need different rights.
Attached command I did for RTI, you could compare the one you have.
Can you see the tasks via monitoring? Just to confirm that those are in the system?

And that is why you, Sir, are the man :).
Thank you very much. This sample helped me out alot. Previously I sent tasks to RTI with this parameter in it:
"status": "Open"
With this the task is created but can't be view'd in Online Monitoring. If I leave it out, then I can see the Task in Online Monitoring. Is this behaviour intentional? If yes, should I leave the "status": "Open" out entierly?
Kind regards,
Alder
