Communication Panel & ECF supervising

Hi, does anyone know if the CDT supervising (silent listening, coaching etc.) works with communication panel & ECF. Seems it does not.

As far as we know CP and ECF does not support supervising.

Hi Guys,

You are right. Currently ECF / Communication Panel has no supervising functionality. The reason is that making this kind of new UI from scratch takes a lot resources and we had to do some prioritization. At the moment the feature is not in scope but, if you wish to get it in to the scope then I recommend to present the need in next Customer Connection round later on this year. The reason is that based on Customer Connection we define needed features and development priorities.
