Hello Everyone!
Our customer developed various communication channels for theis customer, and we had configured them in the system.
So, our problem is the name that is showed when an email go from the system, because you have some options. They need this format:
<Name of address><email address> for example: CLIENTES XXXX <clientes@xxxx.com>
Example:
- Encrypt and sign the email: Then, this is the result, and the email appears a junk email or spam:
- No encrypt and no sign the email: Appears the name of the address, but not the domain
Also, we tried deleting the default sender address, but it is not possible, because automatically it is filled with the address "DoNotReply@my332977.mail.crm.ondemand.com"
This is a key feature for our customer, because their post sales service could not be recognized if the name of the domain is extrange or the name "PLADUR", "ALGISS" do not appear.
How can we configured the sender name for each communication channel? If we need to use the SDK, it is not a problem !
