Collaboration Center -> Your Tasks showing all tasks

Your Tasks section is showing all the tasks for all users. there is no customization for collaboration view so wondering why this is not working OOTB.

I initiated an OOTB page approval workflow and observed the same

These workflow actions are not even in in-progress state. even if I switch to completed or aborted tab, same data is coming. What are the xml files I can check for this configuration? and there must be some bean to get the workflow actions to render here?
