Code list restrictions : Default values issue

Dear All,

We have two fields for example:

1. Business Segment

Values:

Bus1,Bus2,Bus3

2. Market segment.

Mkt1,Mkt2,Mkt3,Mkt4,Mkt5,Mkt6,Mkt7,Mkt8,Mkt9,Mkt10

Default values here:

Mkt1 : Bus1

Mkt2 : Bus1

Mkt3: Bus2

Mkt4:Bus2

Mkt5:Bus2

Mkt6:Bus3

Mkt7:Bus3

Mk8:Bus3

Mkt9:Bus3

Mkt10:Bus3

In Quick create if i choose Mkt10 system is automatically choosing Bus3 and if i change from Mkt10 to Mk5 Business segment is also getting changed.

Same thing is not working once Instance is saved.

Is it expected behavior?

Hi,

Can you please give some more (process) context.

I guess you have set up a code restriction list in SAP Sales Cloud. Can you confirm? What business object and Code to restrict are you referring to?

Does your question refer to the definition of code list restriction or to the use of a code list restriction in a particular transaction? With reference to which object are you using the quick create?
