Code List Mapping for Integration with External Applications and Solutions for materials category

Hello, we are working on integrations into C4C and ERP.

We want to replicate materials from ERP to C4C. But we want to replicate the material category but exist an error in C4C because it don't been created on C4C.

How can I map the category into ERP and C4C? We want to maintain the same categories in C4C and ERP.
Can we use the Code List Mapping for Integration with External Applications and Solutions?

Hi,

You have to:

• create maually first ROOT-1 material categoryon C4C.
• administrator-common tasks-Edit ID mapping for integration--->choose mapping of "ERP Product Categories", Press Go, Find ROOT-1 material category and map it to MATKL on ERP side. Press save button.
• Initiate replicatio from ERP to C4C
