Hi marian-sap-remit. Since Spartacus is just the storefront, you can do whatever you want with it. I don't know if it's a standard object because in Spartacus I think you don't have accelerators (I'm not SAP Commerce expert, sorry), but for sure you can implement something for the carousel you are looking for.
You can use the integration already provided in SAP Commerce or use the APIs from Marketing directly and get the recommendations for your users as a custom integration.
