CMS cockpit performance issues

Hello experts,

We are facing strange behavior of cmscockpit. We can't edit pages(right-upper pencil in opened page). This is happening only when we are trying to edit whole page (components can be edited successfully). After 'edit' pencil is pressed, popup "loading" is active forever.
Log: [ERROR|||‌de.hybris.platform.cmscockpit.resolvers.LiveUrlPageResolver‌|] Could not resolve Live URL for page homepage due to : Connection timed out . Hybris version: 6.2.0.0

What could be the issue?

Did you check LiveUrlPageResolver‌ to see if you need to override something?

Hi,

We are using hybris 6.1 for one of the project & facing the same issue from quite some time, any update if this got resolved.

No customization done in CMS Cockpit
