Cluster caching issue - YNoSuchEntityException

Hi, we are facing the below issue,

ERROR [PooledThread[0]] [PlatformClusterEventSender] Error while receiving event: Entity not found ( pk = 8836365090859 name = 'de.hybris.platform.persistence.core_Cart' type code = '43' db table = 'carts') de.hybris.platform.util.jeeapi.YNoSuchEntityException: Entity not found ( pk = 8836365090859 name = 'de.hybris.platform.persistence.core_Cart' type code = '43' db table = 'carts') at de.hybris.platform.persistence.GenericBMPBean.loadData(GenericBMPBean.java:260) at de.hybris.platform.persistence.GenericBMPBean.ejbLoad(GenericBMPBean.java:149)

In hac, under platform PK Analyzer, these Pk are availble which is showing from the cache, but it is not available in the database.

Is there any configuration or code change required to handle this YNoSuchEntityException or Entity not found exception. we are using the cluster environment and the exact scenario is not available.

Another such issue is Entity not found ( pk = 8867211937747 name = 'de.hybris.platform.persistence.basecommerce_Consignment' type code = '2003' db table = 'consignments')

Hi ,

This issue is resolved for us, by overriding the removeSessionCart() from ootb class DefaultCartService in our custom class. As it is internally calling hasSessionCart() method, which is causing an issue for us, as the cart is already deleted in the separate thread but it is trying to access that cart, so we commented this hasSessionCart() check,irrespective of whether cart exists or not, we are removing the cart. Hope this is useful
