Cloud Platform Identity Platform and yMKT authentication Issue

Hello Experts,

I have a small query regarding the authentication URL in hybris marketing. My client is using CP Identity Platform for authentication purpose and we will uploading all the employees/user data into Idp for authentication.

I have observed that if I click on yMKT url, it navigates to Idp url where we enter the username created. Once the data is entered the user is on the yMKT home page.

I want to know that can we skip this screen and the url will show the yMKT login url instead where he enters the username and passowrd.

No, it's not possible. The IDP is designed that way to login to HMC.

Hi Mayank,

as Kunal said unfortunately this is not possible.

What you can do is to configure the logon-page of your IDP, even if there are limited possibilities.

For example you can change the description that is shown on the logon-page and you can add/change the logo.
