Could you tell me how to create the test user with "KEYTEST01" ID in C4C?

Hi Bunturi,

The user ids are editable in C4C. You can choose any Business User and then edit the name of the userid to KEYTEST01>

Steps:

Administrator -> Business Users -> Edit Attributes to edit the user id.

Hello Palanikumar,

If every employee uses it's business user ? will not it impact the users usage process if I change its ID ?

I believe the query is regarding creation of KEYTEST user for the Login as Another User feature.

You can use the following steps to create the KEYTEST user.

1. Go the Administrator workcenter.
2. In General Settings, click “Login as another User”.
3. Click “Add Row” and then click the value selection for the Test user. The default query fetches all users with User ID “KEYTEST*”. You can create such a user in the Business Users, or use any existing user; in the latter case, remove the default value of the query (expand Advanced Filter) and then select the user.
4. Enter the ID of the user you wish to simulate.
5. If you wish to display the business user’s name with the test user ID, tick the box “Copy business user name to keytest user name”.
6. Save.
7. In the Business User view, find the test user and enter a password for them. The logon password of the test user is not affected by any table modification.

Hi,

The license gets consumed when you create a Business User in the system
Changing the name of the user id will not affect the usage.

Also, Key user is nothing but a Business User with access to Service Control Center and Administrator work center.
