We are trying to configure out how to send an internal email campaign using the campaigns built into C4C - we are not using the SAP Marketing Module.
Do we need to create an account and contacts for all internal people that use the system? Is there another way to do this?

Dear Kelie,
In the Target Group , the Employee tab is hidden by default. Kindly add it using adaptation and then use this target group in your campaign . I assume this tab is to add Employees as TG members. If it is so this should be possible.
