Hi,
I wanted to know if there is any CTI adaptor available from genesys to integrate with service cloud or do we have to custom build something to integrate with genesys. I have looked at the blogs and help pages but there is no documentation which says there is an CTI adaptor to integrate. Any pointers on the feasibility and work involved would be appreciated

Hi Manjunath,
You don't need a separate adaptor from Genesys to integrate CTI for Service Cloud. SAP provided CTI adaptor can be reused. Please refer the below help center link for more details
