Cloud for Customer - Create new activity task in Calendar. Is it possible?

Hello C4C colleages,

We wanted to créate a new activity task from the Calendar. As far as we can see, it's posible to create: appointment, phone call and visit.

Why not a task?

Hello carolina_quilez,

Currently, it is possible to only create a new appointment, phone call and visits from the Calendar. The requirement to add and view Tasks is therefore an enhancement request.

Please vote for this idea on SAP Customer Influence: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/240528 so that SAP Product Management can plan it for future enhancements.
